Brief Bio:

I am Sourabh. I've completed my PhD at University of Minnesota in the Department of Computer Science. I am/was a member of Networking Research Group led by Prof. Zhi-Li Zhang. I did my undergraduate studies in Computer Science and Engineering at Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee (IIT-Roorkee) (2002-2006).

• Oct 26 2010: "Understanding Data-center Driven Content Distribution" has been accepted at ACM CoNEXT 2010 Student Workshop.
• Oct 08 2010: VEIL-Click won the best poster award at ICNP 2010.
• July 27 2010: My paper YouTube Traffic Dynamics and Its Interplay with a Tier-1 ISP: An ISP Perspective has been accepted at IMC 2010 . The paper is co-authored by Vijay Kumar Adhikari, Zhi-Li Zhang and me.

• Sept 04, 2009: 'VEIL: A ''Plug-&-Play'' Virtual (Ethernet) Id Layer for Below IP Networking' has been accepted in First IEEE Workshop on Below IP Networking in conjunction with Globecom 2009 (BIPN'09)
• Aug 22, 2009: Am back to Minneapolis after I spent a fun summer in California. Now, resuming my research work at University of Minnesota with Prof. Zhang and Prof. Chandra.
• July 31, 2009: 'Extracting the Textual and Temporal Structure of Supercomputing Logs' has been accepted in 16th Annual International Conference on High Performance Computing.
• May 26 2009: Currently, am interning at Deutsche Telekom Research Labs-USA, where I am working on OpenFlow platform to develop a network-building block store to empower the tomorrow's service centric networks! As a summer intern at DT-labs, I am fortunate to work with some brilliant people during my internship including my mentor Srini Seetharaman.
