The Small Venice
I have prepared this page that serves as a gateway to the country where I was born and
spent 24 years of my life. Venezuela is a country of contrasts, it is very difficult to
describe in words what is that really makes this country so special to most of us who have
lived there. However, we all agree that what makes Venezuela so unique is the quality of
its freindly people and the year round festive and relaxed environment. We always
find any ocation worth of celebration. Although I was born in a small city called Cumaná,
I adopted Puerto la Cruz as my second home. For more about
me.
If your passion is to bask in the tropical sun, Venezuela offers 3.000 km coastline, where
you can enhoy beaches of white, red or silver sand; big, small or imperceptible waves. You
can also go to a hidden, solitary beach, or another one easy access bustilng with people
and entertainment. They may be surrounded by palm trees or neatly lined with seagrapes. Jungle-lovers will find out that Venezuela has vast areas of rain
forests, such as the Amazonas, the Gran Sabana and the Orinoco Delta. These are places
where the unknown is waiting to be discovered and where communication routes will depend
only on your boldness. There you can also admire the Angels Falls.
