Chandrima Sarkar is a PhD Candidate in the Department of Computer Science at University of Minnesota at Twin Cities. My research interests are in Data Mining, Bioinformatics and HealthInformatics. She is currently working with Dr. Jaideep Srivastavain developing predictive models for prognosis of cancer patients using their clinical records. She is a full time research assistant in Allina Health where she develops predictive models for various healthcare issues. Her home country is India. Her hobbies are Travelling to new places and Cooking.
