    		•  I was born in Moscow, Russia, where I studied in school and University before I came to the U.S. in 1991. After working at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a few private companies, I started my graduate program and am now a 4th-year Ph.D. student at the University of Minnesota Department of Computer Science. 

    I enjoy... hmm, many thing. Good books, dating, travel, spicy food, theatre performances, jazz and any good music, non-Hollywood movies, swimming, riding my road bike, downhill skiing, driving my old rusty car, and in general having fun.
