A never ending quest for knowledge

Welcome to my home page

I am a graduate student at the Computer Science Department, University of Minnesota, Twin Cities.

My advisor is Professor George Karypis. My areas of interest and study include bioinformatics, data mining and high performance computing. Check my research links for more information on that.

I taught a graduate-level semester long computational biology class in Fall 2006. Computational Techniques for Genomics - CSCI 5481 . It was a lot of fun teaching it, and I learned a lot from the same.
