tips about:
-Housing: What are good neighborhood (cheap/safe) and what are "bad"
neighborhood that I should be awared of? Any tips about getting more info
on studio available (beside newspaper)?
-Storage: Any tips to find a good storage space for rent?
-Mailbox: A good/cheap place to rent a mail box?
-Car: Is 4-wheel-drive car a must there (I mean for the winter), is car
cheaper there than California?
