I am currently an assistant professor at the Department of Computer Engineering, Erciyes University.

I graduated from the Department of Computer Science, University of Minnesota. My research interests lie in the fields of location-based services, data mining, and databases. My doctoral dissertation has been conducted under the direction of Prof. Dr. Shashi Shekhar as a member of Spatial Databases and Spatial Data Mining Research Group. My research work concentrates on spatial and spatio-temporal data mining.
