JSDM Version 0.1 A Java Based Spatial Data Mining Software


What is JSDM?

JSDM is a GUI based spatial data mining software in Java that uses WEKA data mining software as the basis and extends it by using the methods our Spatial Database Group invented such as spatial outlier detection software, spatial auto-regression model solution software, spatial colocation software and spatial clustering. We use JMP a Java sparse matrix package which also uses JAMA, i.e., a Java dense matrix package, in order to realize the dense linear algebra operations in Java.
