Hi, my academic advisors are Prof. Shashi Shekhar and Prof. David J. Lilja.
My research interests are high performance spatial data mining (HPSDM), high performance GIS (HPGIS), parallel and
distributed (also grid) computing, spatial database management, linear algebra, spatial statistics, bioinformatics,
machine learning and remote sensing imagery.
I collaborate with [in alphabetical order] Prof. Dan Boley, Prof. Sanjay Chawla, Prof. James P. LeSage, Prof. Kelley Pace,
and Prof. Paul Schrater.

* Spatial Auto-Regression (SAR) Model Solution Public Domain Code: The SAR software repository consists of Matlab
and Fortran programs. The codes are under the title Location Prediction.
* Java based Spatial Data Mining (JSDM) Public Domain Code: This is a GUI based software for visualizing spatial data
mining algorithm outputs.
