Hello,
I am trying to run shmetis on a tiny graph. When I run shmetis as "shmetis inp 3 5" it gives me the result "Out of netind memory!". Can someone please suggest something? My input file "inp" is below. The graph has 21 edges and 7 vertices. Edges and vertices have weights.
