I have a weight matrix that represents the affinity between each pixel in an image. I want to partitioning this matrix to obtain segments. Is there any chance to use METIS in this process? | ||

If you are interested in balanced partitions, then Metis can in principle be used. You may also want to look at Cluto (http://www.cs.umn.edu/~cluto) as well. |
