I would like to run metis on a graph to partition it minimizing the total communication volume (instead of the 'default' minimization of the edge-cut). Is there any parameter to any of the executables that will allow me to do this? I know you can accomplish the total comm volume minimization by compiling your own program and invoking the provided function, but I don't have access to a unix system and can't use the libraries in windows. |

Rafael, No, you cannot do this from the stand-alone executables. |
