Recenly, I was using metis to partition a 3D mesh, but sometimes I got strange results.

Metis seems to generate partition which has seperated parts. When reversing the graph back to my mesh, I got one partition's mesh seperated as well, which is not acceptable for my CFD code.

Has anybody met this problem? Hope someone can give some idea to avoid this. Thanks a lot!
