Hello;
I am using Partdmesh to partition meshes for CFD pruposes.Can you please explain to me the format of the *.npart file? The distribution of the nodes (that is the vertices of the triangles in my mesh)...When a node is at the interface between two partitions, how does METIS deal with it...etc...

Metis assigns the interface nodes to one of the partitions involved, as such it computes non-overlaping partitionings.
