| My research is in the broad area of distributed systems and high performance computing. My
particular interest lies in supporting multi-platform applications
at the middleware and systems-levels. The context for my work has
been Grid, Cloud, Exascale platforms with a focus on techniques to
achieve performance and reliability. A common theme in my work is the core Computer Science problem of scheduling. This research is enabled by a
wide-set of collaborators: NSF I/UCRC: Cloud Storage, ePCRN: Middleware for distributed clinical
trials, DPA: Distributed
programming abstractions, and the DCSG: Cloud Systems.
I am affiliated with the Minnesota Supercomputing Institute (MSI) and the Digital Technology Center (DTC). Publications are here. |
