(September 2007-May 2013) Conferred a Ph.D. degree at the Computer Science Department, University of Minnesota Twin Cities, and a minor degree in Biomedical Informatics and Computational Biology. My studies and work were supported by the Biomedical Informatics & Computational Biology traineeship in 2007-2009, NSF grant in 2009/2010 and IBM Ph.D. Fellowship for the academic 2010/2011, 2011/2012 and 2012/2013. My graduate research treats the problem of the computational analysis of metabolic capabilities of the biological cell in prokaryotic and eukaryotic organisms. More general interests are in the fields of parallel and high-performance computing, bioinformatics/computational biology, machine learning and data mining. I was advised by Dr. Daniel Boley, and co-advised by Dr. Friedrich Srienc and Dr. Carlos Sosa

(September 2007-January 2010) Earned a M.Sc. degree in Computer Science from the Computer Science Department, University of Minnesota Twin Cities

(October 2000-July 2005) Recieved a B.Sc. degree in Computer Science from the University of Novi Sad.
