Forgiven Wind

I long for the lost wind,
draping in sadness, I swim
in time of darkness, I sinned
in moments of confusion. She beams.

Beaming a beacon of light, she stood.
White sand beach, gravitating hood.
We embrace, she shivers amidst the fearful door.
I stood forcefully, pulling us toward the shore.

She entangles the emotion, sorting,
deciding, in or out, she asks.
Smile, she lights a candle. Illuminating
the room. Light sparkles, she relaxes.

Smile, we brighten the candle. Glowing,
she treads the highway to my scar. Healing,
a pink star amidst the cold blue sea, like Nightingale. Kisses of the star---alluring grail.

Lovers of the disappeared, forgiven
after the stormy waves of wind. Blowing
my eyes, she washes sandy tears from my iris. Driven,
yet not sheared, I stand holding.

Holding her in my arms, she rests.
Unfolding souls in charm, I rest.
