"Fish in Water"

He says,
"You're better than chocolate.
So you better run through the narrow slit."
She says,
"I'm a Tulip and a whole winter of coldness
has made me frozen in the pit.

The fish says,
"You can't see my tears,
because I'm in the water."
The water says,
"I can feel your tears,
because you are part of me."

Sometimes you seem so near, yet other times you seem so far. Now I know why. Time and space may be mostly absolute from our vantage points, but emotions make them seem like a relative haze. In that haze, I've tried to find you, but failing most of the time. But lately, I've realized that I needn't find you in the emotional misty haze, as you're already part of me.
