Munich was the place we visited first. The city was really beautiful and had numerous churches and historical monuments. We stayed at a hotel in Alexander platz which was at a walking distance from the Hauptbanhof (the main euro rail station in munich). The places  we visited here were : frauenkirsche (an old church), Deutsches museum (the largest technological museum in the world) , marienplatz and  numerous churches in and around it.
