At what point does increasing ability to react become control?

1. Even though you’re from a country known for its fashion sense, a spiked mullet is not okay.
2. Your dog, no matter how small and cute, does not want to wear that skirt.
3. When you got dressed to go rollerblading today and thought to yourself, “Does wearing head-to-knee cap spandex printed with Team USA make me look weird?,” the answer was “Yes.” In fact, you look funny enough that a tourist may spend a good half-hour trying to take a picture of you because you look so fabulous.

I love traveling.

In looking over my archives, I saw a lot of hair-brained crap, but I’m not going to go back and change it now.

Also, I’ve noticed lately that long sincere posts bore me. However it’s still my site despite the lies perpetrated by one postitute (rhymes with hooker) and thus I can post boring sincere crap if I want.

Hence, a public posting of the cycle:

2. Review
3. Insult self for not acting in accordance with guidelines
4. Abstract #3; repeat until thourougly frustrated.
5. Chuck it.
6. Act.

Sometimes I incorrectly feel that the place to be is somewhere between 1&2, but I’m sure it’s actually between 5&6. Sadly, staying there requires a measure of confidence I have yet to attain.
