I was reluctant to post this initially, out of fear of those responsible for it, but now certain things have come to light that require me to share the following. One of the announcers for the Olympics–we’ll call him Bob for the sake of anonymity–is actually put into suspended animation (on ice, as it were) for the intervening non-olympic periods.
