Sideways
I saw sideways last weekend. Metacritic says it’s about several things, the most poignant being “the damnable persistence of loneliness”. Well, dear readers, I sincerely hope you’re not lonely. If you are, you should call, and I’ll attempt to make you feel more connected through laughter.

I found ripple at the bottom of this heady and excellent site:

Dear whitebread,
, maybe there is just no way for them to break away from their place or their time; I don’t know but sometimes there is no way out of it. And when we are cornered like that in life, maybe we have to try to enjoy it differently than how we imagined it. One has to invent a new road and live one’s life. Don’t you think? (I am aware that some call it quitting but I don’t care).
I was delighted to see a few posts of yours when I came back after a while. Do you seriously plan to talk to people you don’t know? That’s quiet interesting and you must be “connected” to an unlimited source of happiness these days, your posts all look sunny and peaceful, good for you.
I have to live all my life in order to prove this right or wrong but I am guessing human beings get used to anything (for better or worse). Some even go beyond that and learn to be happy in their situation. All I know is that “the persistence of loneliness” could become not that “damnable”. Some people are born alone it seems like, maybe the clay came from a remote place on earth
