Research
I am a member of Robotic Sensor Networks Lab.
My research interests include combinatorics, geometric optimization, approximation algorithms,
robotics & sensing.
Current Projects
- Data Mules: Robots can be used effectively for collecting data from sensor networks in various
scenarios. In this project we are studying the problems which arise in building such systems. For more
details visit this link.
- Environmental Monitoring: We are building a robotic sensor network to monitor and track Carp (a fish)
in the lakes of Minnesota. The system comprise of autonomous mobile rafts/boats with sensing and communication capabilities. Visit
this link for current progress of the project.
