HIV similarity search result from PAM10 to PAM250

This is an animation of the HIV virus's similarity search result. Each frame is ran at a different PAM matrix, from PAM 10, 20, 30, ..., 250.
There are two version of this animation available:

Java Applet that can be viewed with Java-enabled Browsers. (Be patient, it takes a while to load.)
